Suggest Treatment For Bladder Infection With Flank Pain

I have a Bladder infection with kidney pain on my 3rd day now, no fever... the pain is at a 6 for bladder and maybe a 2 for kidney - this is the worst for my bladder infection I ve felt i m thinking its possibly a UTI as well... do I need antibiotics to clear this up? I ve taken over the counter Cystex Liquid cranberry complex from Walgreens with no relief and have drank at least 10 bottles of water a day... Thank you - Tracy

Hi,
It seems that you might be having UTI giving rise this problem.
Go for routine urine test for having any infection.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 7 days.
Continue taking plenty of water and alkalizing syrup.
Ok and take care.
