Suggest Treatment For Bleeding On Penis Due To A Hard Kick
A family relative of mine was kicked hard in the penis just yesterday during a practice session. Soon after that he started crying in pain from his nether regions. We quickly found out the penis was bleeding during urination. We immediately took him to the doctor right after that, however the doctor told us to wait for a few days to see if the problem still persists. I am unsure if I should wait for a few days or check him in with a urologist instead as he still feels pain from his male reproductive organ. Also, he is only 8 years-old and still a child, I want to make certain that he will be able to fully recover from what seems to be a dire circumstance.
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic By what you quote I put forth these possibilities - Injury to the urethra - While healing it might or might not have any side effects, the most common being fibrosis - that is - tightness of the tube diameter. I suggest you see a urologist immediately, to evaluate. But even he might suggest the same wait and watch as - it is the best treatment as of now
Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health. Dr. Sumanth MBBS., DCH., DNB (Paed).,
