Hello

thank you for trusting HCM

Dear bleeding hemorrhoids cause blood loss and lead to anemia.

so eat high fiber diet, avoid straining while defecation.

use syrp. cremaffine plus 30ml at night if you're passing hard stools.if hemorrhoids are bleeding severly please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

fluid in recto uterine pouch may be due to follicles rupture, retrograde menstruation, increase ovarian permeability due to estrogens etc...

take care
