Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Piles And Pelvic Pain
hi. im32 years old with a 2 year old son. i have been suffering pain and discomfort on my right side. groin and pelvic area. have been to gp and gynae also.all bloods were fine. ultrasound showed free flowing fluiid around the douglas area.im also suffering from bleeding piles when i pass from back passage.can this have happened from given birth?can this be treated?the pain is very uncomfortable.
Dear bleeding hemorrhoids cause blood loss and lead to anemia.
so eat high fiber diet, avoid straining while defecation.
use syrp. cremaffine plus 30ml at night if you're passing hard stools.if hemorrhoids are bleeding severly please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
fluid in recto uterine pouch may be due to follicles rupture, retrograde menstruation, increase ovarian permeability due to estrogens etc...
