Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Ulcer With Severe Abdomen Pain
I have been diagnosed with a bleeding ulcer. I have had it for almost 3 years. I have been having unbearable stomach pains, im bleeding again, dizzy, my body gets hot without warning. I have tried medicine but it dosent work. what could be wrong with me?

Hi,
For ulcer problem, you can take the antacid course initially. If it does not help than H. Pylori infection should be ruled out by urea breath test. If h. Pylori positive than h. Pylori kit can be prescribed for 14 days.
If needed than endoscopy can be planned for taking a biopsy from an ulcer. I suggest you consult a gastroenterologist for detailed evaluation.
