Suggest Treatment For Blister Around Vagina After Fibroid Surgery

I had a non evasive fibroid removal 4 months ago and I'm experiencing slight burning in the walls of my vagina wall on left side, I had a herpes blood test and the results are negative I don’t see any blisters around my vagina or anal area. I tested again I’m scared please help! Can this be after effects of surgery?
