Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have since I've started to take Cerazette for about 6 weeks ago had blisters in the mouth. (never had before) first some under tongue, then on the gums and it just comes new after another has gone away. Have you ever heard of this while using Cerazette? Thanks! Susie from Sweden
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain mouth ulcers caused by Cerazette pills that contains Desogestrel that is Progesterone supplement can be due to side effect of the hormonal pill..
I would suggest you to consult your treating Gynaecologist or Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood tests can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised different medication to relieve the symptoms.. As of now you can take Vitamin B complex supplements and along with it you can do numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Hope this information helps.. Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
