Suggest Treatment For Bloating, Acidity And Indigestion
I have suffering Gas, Acidity, indigestion for last 3 years. 1 year before I have high fever and my GP gave me antibiotics and I recover from fever. Then after I face acidity and gas on a regular basis. I did endoscopy, Ultrasound, Stool Culture, Urine Test, Liver Function test, CBC and except Pan Gastric nothing found. I have severe anxiety and depression I am suffering and my GP suggest me Nomaxin CC for 3 months then stop and see so I did that around 9 months before and now suddenly it appear as well as I loosed 3kg in last 9 months. So I go back to my GP he said its nothing but IBS and referred me to a Neuro Psychiatric. Please help what should I do now.
-Take Simethicone medicine. -Avoid chewing gum. -Limit your intake of carbonated drinks. -Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils. -Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw. -Use lactose-free dairy products. -Manage the anxiety and stress.
