Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Your history is short and not much informative yet from the history of bloating and constipation this looks to be related to the gastrointestinal issue.
I would advise you the following for this issue: Get stool and blood tested and go for X-ray of the abdomen and ultrasonography of the abdomen for GI and genitourinary system as you have history of masturbation using urethra in spite of vagina and there looks to be vaginal discharge too.
Hence take an opinion of a Gynecologist to get a proper diagnosis and management.
Take plenty of oral fluids. A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole which are effective for GI as well as for Urinary tract infection can help you to solve the issues properly.
