Suggest Treatment For Bloating And Loose Stools

Yes, I have been to see a Gastro Doctor and he has me on a diet. A low fat high Carb diet.

Since being on this diet (for IBS) I have lost a lot of water, and I feel I still have a lot of water in me and some stool how do I get rid of this. I am quite bloated.
