Suggest Treatment For Bloating, Belching And Intestinal Gas

I have been having pain in lower abdomen since last Sunday. It felt like I might be getting the flu, but no flu symtoms. I feel full and I have taken a few Tums to help release some gas, so I do belch gas. I have had BMs each day and still have some discomfort. I saw my Urologist yesterday in regard to Prostate check, but no problems or pain with that procedure. Any suggestions?

Dear- thanks for using our service and will try to help you with my medical advise. I don't think that you have the flu because it gives more symptoms, including fever, vomit and diarrhea. Bloating is due to accumulation of gas in the intestines, which could be due to slow digestion and certain foods as broccoli and cauliflower. It could be a viral infection too, but not flu . The treatment is a bland diet, no irritants as coffee or tea and some intestinal muscle relaxant as peptobismol, which will help the bloating and gas.
I hope that my advise has been helpful and feel free to contact me for any questions about your medical needs.
