Suggest Treatment For Bloating Of Stomach After Eating Food

I feel bloated after I eat. When I wake up, my stomach is flat. After I have my bfast or lunch, I feel too full. My tummy bloats. When I go to sleep, my stomach n tummy is fully out and I feel heavy. I avoid junk food and aerated drinks or deep fried stuff. My staple diet is rice.

Hello,

It simply seems to be gastric indigestion issue. You can take following measures.
• Eat slowly
• Avoid taking too much fatty foods
Stress, smoking avoided
• Gas-forming food taken less like cabbage, cauliflower, turnip, onion, etc.

Pantoprazole for 2 weeks can be prescribed. Drink more water. Include green leafy vegetables and fruits more in diet. If no improvement than USG abdomen and further work-up is needed. Consult physician for examination and discuss all these.
