Suggest Treatment For Bloating Of Stomach And Loose Stools

USG done last week reveals Hapatomegaly with early fatty change, Dilated CBD-8mm, Splenomegaly (12.89 cm) and a small left epidydimal cyst. I had gallstone disease and operated since last 6 years. For past one month I am suffering from excessive bloating, indigestion, gas and passing of loose stool. I have started medication for past one week - Ursocol 300mg (Ursodeoxycholic acid) twice daily after food and Digeplex (digestive enzymes). However the gas, bloating and stool formation has not improved. My Haemoglobin is 12.6 gm/dl, Triglycerides 220 mg/dl, Cholestrol 166 mg/dl, HDL 30 mg/dl, Bilurubin total 0.7 mg/dl, SGOT 39 IU/L, SGPT 50 IU/L, Uric acid 7.0 mg/dl, Lypase 18 IU/L, Amylase 40 IU/L. I am Indian, Male 43 years. Kindly identify the root cause and suggest remedies for permanent treatment. Regards N P Sharma
