Suggest Treatment For Bloating Of Stomach And Stomach Upsets

Hi, I am an expat living in Jakarta, Indonesia. I was living in Egypt for some time before this. I have experienced regular stomach upsets and discomfort but recently my stomach is really bloated and uncomfortable. The last couple of days my face has been flushed red and people are commenting on it. I am also constantly tired, easily irritated and find it difficult to concentrate which is not normal for me. I know it is difficult to give answers without knowing more, but doctors here just blame it on diet and prescribe antacids which do nothing. Hope you can help.
