Hello,

Along with medication diet and lifestyle changes may require to control your problem. Use capsule Razo-D before breakfast for two weeks. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid dairy products and gluten-containing food. If symptoms not improved, please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
