Suggest Treatment For Blocked Fallopian Tubes

Dr I m 35years old, I m trying to conceive and I find out that I ve got right side tube only the left is one is completely closed. My Dr prescribed me a fertomid, is it going to work? When must I use it? Pls Dr help me it s been a long time I get married

Hello,

There is no need for both the fallopian tubes to be functional for pregnancy to occur. One is sufficient. You have been prescribed medication to induce ovulation. I presume your doctor did the protocol investigations before proceeding with the treatment. You have to use the drug as prescribed by your doctor, usually from the 2nd or 5th day of the menstrual cycle. Whether it works or not depends on the response of your system and the timing of the intercourse with no hindrance on the male side.
