Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose

Hi, My name is Yuvraj age-24. Im suffering from cold and cough. Earlier, I was suffering from running nose only but after taking steam and nasal drops its changed into cough and nose is blocked now. In addition, it’s very difficult to take out cough, seems stuck in chest. Please advice, is it better to take Nicip tablet or should I try something else?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of blocked nose which could be due to allergic sinusitis, nasal polyps, upper respiratory infection and deviated nasal septum. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined right now only to find cause of nasal blockage and then start treatment accordingly. You should Squeese one karvol capsule into a handkerchief or put it over his nose while asleep as it will resolve discomfort. Yous should use Sinarest drops 3-4 times daily to relieve congestion. Take steam inhalation and gargle with salt water. Take diet rich in multivitamins.
