Suggest Treatment For Blood After Bowel Movement In Kid

Recently, almost every time my toddler (32 months, boy) has a bowel movement, I see blood when I wipe. It doesn't seem there is blood on/in the stool itself. Is there anything I need to worry about? Your help is very much appreciated.
