Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool And Vomiting In A Child

My 3yr. old grandson has had bleeding in his stool for over 2 months. Has been throwing up on and off during the night, although that has now stopped. Now he s had 3 incidents of urination in his pants without his knowledge. Today, he s had bloody mucus in his underpants three times. His appetite has not been normal, sometimes not even eating. His Doctor has ruled out parasites, gluten allergy, e.coli, giardiasis, and several other possibilities.

Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
He needs more evaluation.
There are other possibilities like inflammatory bowel disease, polyps etc.
Consult a pediatric gastroenterology specialist in your area.
Colonoscopy is mandatory if not done already.
Share reports if you have already to help more.
Wishing your grandson good health.
