Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool

I had 2 bowel movements today, each time I passed 2-3 blood clots (about the size of a pea or smaller) as well as had some bleeding. Sometimes I bled rectally if I have been severely constipated but I am not severely constipated right now. I am 36 weigh @160lbs.

Well come to HCM
constipation cause the formation of fissures, better to get it confirm if this is fissures then bleeding is very likely, and for that it would be necessary to drink more water, have fibber containing diet, for softening of stool Isabgol powder can be tried, for local application " Policresuline" ointment can be tried, hope this information helps, take care.
