Hello,

Blood in Stool due to anal fissure may be caused by anal sphincter spasm. Even stool soft also pain and bleed will come with severe spasm.

Under your pediatrician guidance you can use local muscle relaxant like diltiazem etcetera. Please consult your doctor, if symptoms not improved.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
