Hello,

You may be suffering from haemorrhoids or fissure in ano. Keep your stool in always soft. Eat high fibre diet, avoid spicy food and alcohol.

Avoid stressing while defecation. Use syrp lactulose thirty ml after dinner for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
