Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Anal fissure is treated by surgery.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Use over-the-counter stool softeners.
-drink more fluids.
-take fiber supplements and eat more fibrous food, such as raw fruits and vegetables.
-take warm baths called sitz baths to relax the anal muscles, relieve irritation, and increase blood flow to the anorectal area

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question I’ll be glad to help.
Regards,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
