You may be suffering from hemorrhoids or fissure or fistula or polyps etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Need proctoscopy and examination for the cause.
Take high fiber diet and drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use syrup Lactulose after dinner for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. Take care.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
