Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stools

Hi, I have been fasting for last 3 weeks and only eating once in 24 hours (around 9pm). about 5 days ago I was having trouble with passing the stool and when it did a lot of blood came. Since then I've been having the same problem whenever stool passes.

For blood in stool local rectal and anal examination should be done.

Stool routine micro examination and occult blood test also should be done.

If stool shows pus cells and bacteria than antibiotic course prescribed
