Suggest Treatment For Blood In The Urine While Suffering From UTI

I have recurring uti s. I have trouble emptying my bladder and have to really push, take a break and push more to fully empty. I feel better when I drink a lot of water but if I don t that day it s back. I have had bloody uti s before but not in a while. Now it hurts like crazy and I m bleeding again. I also have a strange metallic taste in my mouth and not feeling well but no fever. I have an upcoming (5 days) MRI and already had Creatinine tested and was within normal limits. Do you think it can wait until tomorrow morning to go into the Dr. office and will it still be okay to have the mri? The mri has to be done for possible optic neuritis.

Hi,
It is necesssary to find out the cause of recurrent UTI. Blood in the urine along with difficulty in emptying of bladder suggest some obstruction in the urinary tract. You need to do MCU (micturation cystourethrogram) , Xray PUJ and Sonography.
Meet any urologist for this.
