Hi,

I am sorry for the health problems your boyfriend has been gone through recently.

Loss of appetite with upset stomach and presence of blood in urine are signs of possible urinary/kidney stones or uro-genital infection.
You say that doctors have done some tests so far, please provide the reports to get them analyzed by myself.

For the moment, he needs to run:
- urine analysis and urine culture to evaluate for infection or stones
- abdominal ultrasound to evaluate the internal organs
- uro-genital ultrasound to check his genital tract for any pathology
- upper endoscopy to evaluate the changes in his upper GI tract

Bloody noses just from sneezing could be due to:
- fragile nasal mucosa due to lack of vitamins as he has not been eating regularly during this last couple of months
- anemia (again from not eating well)

Complete blood count is recommended to rule out anemia and electrolyte/vitamin deficiencies.
ENT examination is recommended to check the status of nasal mucosa.

Until the results are in, ask him to :
- drink plenty of fluids (water) with ORS
- take multivitamin supplementation to strengthen immunity
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora

Hope this helps. Wish fast recovery.
