Hello sir,
It looks to me that your mother is having MDR tb. This is multidrug resistant TB and it needs special treatment. It can not be managed by first line drugs and need second line therapy. I have experience of treating many such patients and I can help you but before that I would like to know in detail about your mothers investigations . if it possible send me all reports and I can advice her right treatment.
