Suggest Treatment For Bowel Incontinence, Bloating And Pain In Stomach?

my son has seen a gastroenterologist and hes had a barium enima and an upper gi. everything was fine. the problem hes suffered with for 3 years is bloating, pain and bubbling in his stomach. he also feels like he cant fully evacuate his bowels. the gastroenterologist said it was his ocd causing the problems. the meds given only helped for a week or so. hes living in fear of eating or needing to use the bathroom. he lost control of his bowels with no warning. please help.
