Suggest Treatment For Bowel Movement With Mucous And Bloating
For that few years (2.5years) ive had off and on mucus with my bowel movement, rarely any diarrhea ever, maybe 5-8 times a year, but when the mucus is present it seems that the frequency of passing gas increases as i can feel my bowels rumble...Ive never passed any blood, and never have any serious bowel pain, just gas bloating in stomach that will build up causing pressure, but if i burp the pressure decipates.. Thoughts?

Hello,
Your symptoms may be seen in many problems like irritable bowel syndrome or bacillary dysentery or amoebic dysentery or gastroenteritis or food intolerance or malabsorption syndromes or inflammatory bowel disease etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Get colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy, stool examination and microscopy.
Use tablet ofloxacin and ornidazole.
If symptoms not improved and or if they are aggravated means please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
