Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion there will be no surgery which will help your brother. But his behavioural and other symptoms will definitely improve with medications and therapy. From his symptoms he seems to have autism also. I would suggest you consult him with a developmental and behavioural paediatrician in your area. They will be able to assess him and start medications and therapy accordingly.
I hope I have helped you
