Suggest Treatment For Breast Pain

I have a pain between my breasts, on the surface. Feels like a muscle just beneath skin. No other symptoms (except panic.) I have controlled high bp, always test normal with meds, am otherwise healthy though overweight and 59. I am active and try to exercise regularly. Last physical 4 months ago, everything fine. Father had an angio after 70, mothers side no history of heart problems.
