Suggest Treatment For Bronchitis With Recurring Tonsilitis

Hi my 3 yr old son has had bronchitis and is over that and now has recurring tonsilitis and is on antibiotic for this for last two days his temperature is staying over 38 and reaching 39. I have had him to doctor twice this week already I am not sure what I should be doing
