Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Arm
So two days ago i was doing archery without an arm guard and gave myself two big bruises that have since slightly become one big bruise. i have been aplying ice pack every now and then but have just noticed that the bruise is warmer than the surrounding skin why is this and should i be worried?

warm beneath bruise is suggestive of cellulitis. start wiyh antibiotics, NSAIDS, take proper immobilisation for a period of 7 days. have high protein diet. dressing of bruised area if essential. continue ice pack applications. take care . get well soon
