Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Knees Due To A Injury

I fell off a swing yesterday about 8 feet in the air. I was going forward and I fell backwards. I held on to the rope and my knees scraped the grass and I have cuts and busies and my knees hurt really bad. I can barely bend y left leg. It hurts so bad. What should I do?

Hello,

You can try applying the ice and crepe bandage keep the leg elevated over a pillow with knee straight.this will help reduce pain and swelling.
