Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Quad With Blood Clot After An Injury
Today I was at soccer and someone s knee hit my quad fairly hard. It still hurts pretty bad. Usually I wouldn t worry about this but this happened to someone else on the team, and blood built up in their leg and they had to go to the E.R. Could this happen to me?

It could be a contusion. As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. In that case, you might require an MRI scan for further assessment.
