Suggest Treatment For Bulge On The Knee Due To Injury

Hi, about a month ago I kneeled down on my right knee and I felt and heard a tear. The outerside muscle beside my knee has been on and off giving me trouble, and I have what you call a buldge. I ice it and it does relieve the pain and by stretching and I also take tramadol. I was mowing today and stepped wrong and kinda twisted my knee and it is like flaring up again. I am sitting here with an ice pack as I am typing to you
