Suggest Treatment For Bulging Disc And Lower Back Pain

I have bulging discs from L1 to L5 . I have been suffering from lower back pain since early 2010 . Although I had a releif for about three months oct,nov,dec2010 but pain again started jan2011 and it is getting worse and worse . I am doing therapy since jan2011 but pain is not getting better. The pain starts from lower back goes to right leg upto the knee . It is realy bad pain, unbearable.

Hi,
It seems that this might be due to pinched nerve pressure due to having bulging in lumber spines resulting Sciatica pain.
Go for back extension exercises daily.
Short way diathermy will be of much helpful.
Go for lumbar traction if your orthopedic surgeon advises.
Use hard bed for sleeping.
Avoid lifting heavy weight.
Do not bend more forward.
Ok and take care.
