Suggest Treatment For Bulging Discs In Cervical Spine

I was recently told i have three bulging discs in centre of cervical spine. Most days I hurt but only a fair amount n can carry on with most things but at least two or so days a week I am in that much pain it makes me nauseas n vomit within hours at least once. I was only given painkillers n physio which doesn't appear to do much for it. My doctor says I justbhave to live with it now is this true?
