In January 2015, I had done polypectomy through endoscopy. One polyp has been remove from mid right ascending colon about 2cm size and ulcerated lesion in intestine indicate Tuberculous lesion (Biopsy report). So, I am taking medicine for intestine Tb since January 2015 will last till Sept. 2015. I would like to know why there is slight pain and feeling of heaviness and fullness in right abdomen. Thank you,
Is she having any symptoms like pain, heavy bleeding etc?
I have seen her ultrasound report and in my opinion, she should go for a hysterectomy if she is having any problem due to fibroid. If she is not having any symptoms then surgery can be delayed.
Small nabothian cysts do not require any treatment, they resolve with time.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
