Suggest Treatment For Bump On Head Due To An Injury

My son fell and got a sqUishy bump on his head. It was stolen but has went down a little bit. He also has a vertical bruise where he hit his head on a square poll. What steps should I take to make sure that this isn t a serious head injury? He seems the same.

hi..
following fall or hit to an object swelling is common.

you need not worry if child doesn't have following symptoms
1. loss of consciousness
2.vomiting
3. ENT bleed
4.headache
