Suggest Treatment For Burning And Redness In Vaginal Opening

Over 2mo ago I had a yeast & bacterial infection which I took antibiotics & diflucan for. But the labias and clitoris and vaginal opening were still bright red and burned. The doctor tested me for yeast, bacterial, chlamydia, & gonorrhea and they were all negative. He prescribed Nystatin & Triamcinolone Acetonide ointment & more diflucan. Two weeks later there was no improvement. He retested me for yeast & bacterial (negative) and so he prescribed me Clotrimazole & Betamethasone Dipropionate cream. This cream burns SO bad when applied 2x daily and continues to burn long after application. I've been using it for a week with no improvements. I'm still bright red and very sore. My next doctor's appt is not for another week, but I don't want to continue using this cream. Any suggestions? My doctor said that it was perplexing and doesn't seem to know what is wrong.
