Suggest Treatment For Burning Micturition And Hematuria

Respected Sir, My wife had survived septic shock followed by ARDS.Thanks to God...All begin with a 5.5 mm left ureteric stone and with in 2 days multiple organs get involved and Tlc rises up ......After CT scan , DJ stenting was fone on 6/814 and as per Docyors they drained out lot of pus........all antibiotics were stoped before shifting to room on 20/8/14...... Wysolone 40 mg was started by the Consultant treated her for shock and ards....All cultures done during the stay in hospital were negative....there was no haematuria from 20/8/14.....but ftom few days she started complaining of butning micturation and urgency....We revisited to our treating consultant with a rouyine utinr report in hand indicaying 70-80 rbc ,pus cells 8-10 presence of bactetia......the medicine specialist ask to meet urologist who placed dj stunt and suggest to taper Wysolone 10 mg every 5th day...urologist when consulted with reports in hand started Feronam 200 mg .....and Tomsulosin at bed time....But when we returned home ...at night she vomplained of burning micturation which was more painful than a day before and Haemayuria was quite visible by eyes as it was clearily red urine....I would lije to tell you tha het EBV virus setology was possitive with possitive mono nucleosis....Her heart rate vairries a lot some time....can you please let me know your advice about all the case.....Thanks a lot

It could be due to urinary tract infection or minor stones.
Consult a urologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
As of now drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
