Suggest Treatment For Hematuria

I am suffering from painless hematuria for last one month. I am a 39 year old known hemophilic weighing 55 kg and height being .In spite of taking FFP, Cryoprecipitate ,whole blood and Inj Antihemophilic factor and ethamsylate tab. (500mg tid) , there is presence of plenty RBCs and 2-3 Pus Cells per hpf in urine with no growth of bacteria in urine culture of 72 hours in last 6 urine samples taken at 3 days interval.There is slight burning sensation at the tip of penis during onset of micturition for last 15 days. What should I do now , Sir ? - PKN , Kolkata.
