Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain And Extreme Tenderness In The Middle Of The Lower Back Apart From Intermittent Hip And Groin Pain

I have a burning pain and tenderness in the middle of my low back that goes to the right side that started yesterday. It s extremely tender to the touch. It feels like it is in the soft tissues. Today it has extended to intermittent burning pain in my right hip and right groin area. I do not recall any trauma to the area. It also intermittently involves the right buttock, but not constantly.

Hi,

Your condition suggest either urinary tract infection (UTI) or Urinary track blockage, most common cause of blockage is renal calculi (kidney stones) my advise would to be physically meet a doctor with urine analysis (UA) result.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajay Singh, General & Family Physician
