Dear Doctor - I am inquiring about side thigh pain, burning, tingling, numbness, sensitive to light touch. What could this be. I am on Gabapentin for seizures but wondered if it could also help with the pain associated on my thigh. I was off the Gabapentin for a few weeks awaitng for renewal. I wonder if that is way my pain returned. It mean, it never went completely away but it is so bad, please help.

Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation And Pain In The Thigh
Hi, It might be due to neurological causes like neuropathy. Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. You have to get a nerve conduction study for further assessment. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
