Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Stomach And Soft Stools

My stomach has been burning, like on fire burning since last night. it doesnt matter if im laying down or sitting up, and gets worse after i smoke or drink coffee. I dont know if this has anything to do with it or is a huge coincidence, but my bms have been almost gray in color, extremely pale, and very very soft

-Take PPI medication for the stomach pain
-Avoid late-night eating.
-Try to relax after meals.
-Avoid spicy foods.
-If you smoke, quit.
-Avoid alcohol.
-Take liquids
