Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In The Chest Despite Taking Pantoprazole

I HAVE BEEN HAVING GERDS AND HAVE SEEN A GASTROINTEROLOGIST WHO INCREASED MY MEDS BY 10 MORE MG. i AM TAKING pantoprazole dr. 20 mg. now, I am also on amlodipine and triamterene/hctz 37.5-25 mg. and citalopram 10 mg. I am experiencing burning in my chest, bulging, and have been since about a week or two after starting the citalopram. Went to the emergency room last week with pain across chest and down my arm. stress test performed and results were good. They did give me potassium tablets after taking by blood work. Don t know if the citalopram could have started this whole cycle or not.
