Hello Ravi and welcome.

A yeast/fungal infection is no serious matter. If your doctor has reached an accurate diagnosis then all you and your wife need to do is to follow the advised treatmenf regimen and abstain from sexual intercourse for a duration of 2 weeks after the last dosage of the advised medication.

You can then continue sexual intercourse as normally done, but make sure you keep your genitalia clean and dry at all times. Wash after sexual intercourse and dry the region, also change your inner garments regularly.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
