As you have mentioned in your history it is mostly due to indigestion or severe acidity. For treatment you can take cap rekool-d or pantor-dsr empty stomach along with some antacids like mucaine gel or gelusil-plus every 4-6 hours. Avoid spicy and oily food as much as you can. Take high fiber diet.
