Suggest Treatment For Bursitis Of The Heel
I have been diagnosed with bursitis in my heel. I have done oral steroids and 10 days later I had a steroid shot in the heel. Now it is 2 weeks later and I still feel like there is a rock in my heel when I put weight on it. What more can I do to get rid of this? Thank you.

If I was your treating doctor I would advice contrast baths and Achilles strengthening exercises. Inflammation settles with them.
I would not suggest steroid injection early in treatment course,
Since you have already taken steroid injection it is the physiotherapy that helps rather the steroid which brought down your pain immediately
